Well, with our equipment we can treat this acu-point without any pain at all, and without compromising the treatment. In fact it is a very effective treatment. Acupuncture Yin Yang uses only the highest quality sterile disposable needles to provide comfortable, safe and effective treatments. We pay very special attention to provide a safe, clean, comfortable and professional environment to our patients. We now have a laser for facial rejuvenation and acupuncture. |
Acupuncture Yin Yang has the newest and most advanced equipment approved by the FDA, providing much more effective treatment than conventional electric stimulation. Therefore, patients usually require fewer visits. Also for some conditions, we can, with this equipment, treat acu-points that would normally be avoided. For example, for Multiple Sclerosis the patient may need treatment in the plantar of the foot, in which case conventional acupuncture would be too painful in this area of the body, while avoiding it would compromise the effectiveness of the treatment.

Evangelina
Jacobson, President of Acupuncture Yin Yang, P.C.; is a graduate from
the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She earned an
award for academic achievement for the Acupuncture program. She also
completed her Masters Degree in both Acupuncture and in Oriental Medicine.
In addition, Mrs. Jacobson successfully passed the National Boards
for Chinese Herbs, earning the Certification for Chinese Herbs and
also a Diploma of Oriental Medicine. Previously in 1977 Mrs. Jacobson
graduated with special honors from Chemistry School with a Major in
Pharmaceutical and Biological Chemistry from the University Autonomous
of Nuevo Leon. Mrs. Jacobson worked in Research and Development in
PA. She also is a co-founder of one the most prestigious private schools
of Long Island, Progressive School of L.I. She also holds a Certification in Advance Constitutional Facial Renewal.
